All redemptions are processed via Person to Person Money Transfer, certified check, bank wire or sent to you through a money transfer company. Please see the table below for the time-frames that each redemption method can be processed. If you make your request in the appropriate time-frame for the method requested, it will be processed immediately and may incur a transaction fee. Most of the fees are listed below.
Redemption requests made on Mondays between 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST may not incur a transaction fee. All payment methods with a fee of $40 or less will get processed free of charge if no payments have been sent in the previous 30 days and if sent on a Monday morning. If you wish to wait until Monday to have your redemption processed, please contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Help. You may also call 1-800-305-3517. All our customers must cash out using the same mechanisms employed in depositing. Insisting upon cashing out using other methods may cost additional administration fees.
